• Job Details:---Pre-Construction Phase: •Review MEP contractor shop drawing prior to submittal for service co-ordination and co-ordination with other construction elements. Working with building managers for creating energy efficient system. •To advice on any impact on services caused by Architectural changes and raise Query to MEP Manager and Consultant. •Review material/equipment’s technical submittal from MEP contractor for specification compliance. •Produce equipment’s &builder;- work scope Schedule for all MEP equipment’s detailing construction and maintenance requirement for equipment’s. •Review of method statements from MEP contractor with respect to installation works and logistics for equipment positioning. Responsible for designing Fire Fighting Network cross the projects area. •To liaise with MEP Manager on matter seeking advice/requiring assistance. •To assist internally QS and Planning department for update MEP system progress. Play a key role in preparing cost estimates of the project. ---Construction Phase: •Ensuring that services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure. •To provide technical advice to construction team. •To oversee MEP service installation under civil contractor scope of works. •Close inspection for MEP contractor installation works. •Carry out site walks and inspection for service installation, identifying poor quality elements and advise construction team and MEP Manager. •Carry out inspection for MEP Contractor material along with QA/QC and Consultant. •Ensure that MEP site instruction/NCR are closed out. •To inspect concealed MEP service installation prior to closure of void /riser etc. in conjunction with QA/QC and obtaining consultant sign off. •Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department.

Senior Mechanical Designe EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:•Working with building managers for creating energy efficient system. •Working closely with project architect and site engineers. •Interpreting blueprints of the building and designing mechanical systems. •Calculating the size of HVAC equipment and return ductwork systems. •Determining a suitable location for installing vents in each room. •Ensuring the HVAC systems is meeting the building code. •Overseeing HVAC installation and answering questions of contractors. •Responsible for designing plumbing systems and distribution of water systems. •Perform the tasks of developing, preparing and maintaining the budgets and schedules of plumbing projects. •Responsible for generating work plan ideas as well as providing work instructions to the assigned team. •Perform the tasks of designing and selecting the components of plumbing system like plumbing equipment, drains and fixtures as well as fire protection systems. •Responsible for designing Fire Fighting Network cross the projects area. •Coordinate with responsible teams to meet the priorities of design schedules of the project. •Responsible for generating charts, graphs, and perspective drawings to meet project specifications. •Play a key role in preparing cost estimates of the project. •Coordinate with staff to meet the budget and design schedules of the project.

Mechanical Designe EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Preparation of Design Concept reports and specifications. Responsible for technical report writing of the project. Responsible for performing Design calculations for optimization and compliance of applicable standards and codes. Preparation of Design, Shop and MEP Coordination drawings of the project. Review and Checking of Design & Shop Drawings. Responsible for designing of Piping & Ducting and equipment's, static pressure calculations. System Volume & Pump Head calculations, its Scheduling and selection of best suited equipment. Responsible for the designing of Water Supply and Drainage Systems. Responsible for the designing of Water/Waste Water Treatment Plants. Responsible for designing of Fire Fighting System (like Wet and Dry Sprinklers & Hosepipes), FM-200 System, Deluge System and Foam System. Review and approval of construction materials and methods/procedures submitted by Supplier. Review of technical submitting, technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis. Provide technical assistance to concerned departments, liaison with architect, client/consultant, site visits (whenever required) to support the project team.
