• Job Details:As a part of Retail credit and collection strategic unit, responsible for: - Building statistical models to provide data-driven solution that support stakeholders’ decisions - Creating ad hoc reports and dashboards and communicate the results with top management. - Applying behavioral scoring techniques to adhere the collection process to IFRS9 model, in order to decrease provisions - Applying ranking techniques to measure collectors, teams and agencies performance in order to give recommendations to the management. - Automating existing reports and dashboards to optimize the process, save the time and decrease the human error. - Applying descriptive analytics and statistics to make collection teams’ targets more data-oriented
