The residential properties counted sixty, a mix of forty-four large executive villas and apartment buildings. Responsible for the operating cost $45,000,000. Mission Baghdad, Iraq 09/2017 to 09/2019 at the Bagdad Diplomatic Service Center. This was a previous military compound transferred to DoS. On the compound we house around 4000 members. The compound has 1,700 structures on 500 Acres. Included 4 aircraft hangers an active airfield terminal. Responsible for the operating cost $445,000,000. Mission Tirana, Albania 08/2014 to 08/2017. An Embassy compound with a mix of structures. Three built in 2004 and four buildings dating back to 1910. Large residential compound with eighteen executive villas, Warehouse, auto workshop, soccer filed, etc. Under my management we added thirty leased residential properties. Responsible for operating cost $35,000,000.
