• Job Details:•Owning the implementation and launch life cycle for new customers •Leading the internal on-boarding process for new clients, by orchestrating between design and development teams. • Use project management tools and technology to track progress and provide regular reporting to management and other stakeholders •Subject matter expert for eCommerce industry and for Qpix platform in specific. •Developing Documentation related to customer training and user guides •Develop expertise in all functions and features that Qpix provides and be able to train and clearly explain the benefits and functionality of each function. •Assigning new tasks between the Backend, Frontend and mobile teams •Helping Qpix refining and developing customer experience through our software and it's features •Help customers find creative uses and implementations for their suite of services to match their business needs •Met with potential clients to evaluate needs and communicate service offerings. •Host training sessions and maintain existing and create new training materials for new customers •Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative to satisfy and serve external and internal customers and stakeholders •Work closely with clients through the on-boarding process to assure a smooth kick-off for their projects. •Help in creating social media and digital marketing strategy for Qpix •Provide superior customer support via email and telephone when needed •Collaborate with management team on outreach strategy to increase customer engagement and maintain high levels of customer retention •Work with internal team to gather insight about customer behavior and product feedback to fuel customer success and Qpix's growth •Working with multiple departments Sales, Product, Technology and Marketing •Testing new features in the software and giving a proper feedback to the tech team to refine •Report any issues or bugs the customers face to development through the correct channels
