MKT-Boutique & Trade Assistant Manager Full Time

• Job Details:• Encourage, motivate and manage the team of (4 Boutique CS, 1 B M, 2 Marketing members) • Monitor and improve the service level • Organize and optimize the smooth running of the boutique • Inventory management • Train the boutique coffee specialists (4 team members) to respond in a manner that correspond to Nespresso directives and assist them in improving their capabilities • Establish plans and ensure adherence to team, Allocate the daily tasks to the team members • Fix the objectives for each coffee specialist, monitor and evaluate their performance • Interface with management and other departments • Establish annual sales and work forecasts • Ensure regular reporting weekly or monthly • Ensure that the IT systems function correctly • Transmit the necessary information to other departments to ensure the smooth running of the boutique • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts • Responsible of ordering Sales and marketing materials online • Maintain day to day responsibility for the operation of the marketing department including regular calibration schedules and forecasts • Handling forecasts, plans and calendars • Following up on Nespresso trade partners • Creating and instructing the presentations and trainings for new employees (All departments), including an evaluation form customized on different departments
