- Job Details:- Participate in the preparation of annual manpower plans. - Decide on the most efficient sourcing channels. - Create job ads and manage its posting on relevant platforms. - Monitor new title creation requests and report them to the HR Supervisor. - Update hiring managers with vacancy status regularly during the recruitment and selection process. - Conduct behavioral assessment for all vacancies. - Send job Offers to accepted applicants. - Manage expatriates' staffing cycles including paperwork finalization, reception, onboarding, requests and exit. - Assess training effectiveness through analyzing trainees' feedback and impact on daily activities. - Deliver soft skills and management training sessions. - Develop and implement talent programs and other training initiatives. - Liaison with external training providers to deliver effective developmental activities. - Follow up on the proper coaching done by leadership to Mantrac's staff. - Participate in the development of annual training plans and budgets. - Analyze performance ratings and trends and develop useful insights. - Transfer the know-how of appraising performance to first-line and middle management. - Assist managers in filling appraisal forms and using the bell-curve. - Suggest new approaches to conducting performance management rounds. - Develop HR surveys with clear objectives and scoring mechanisms. - Gather employee feedback regularly and develop useful data for analysis. - Conduct employee investigations taking the necessary decision based on company policies and action matrices. - Analyze common reasons for employee complaints and survey results and suggest effective ways to address them. - Generate EOS reports and participate in action planning workshops recording key outcomes. - Conduct exit interviews for voluntary leavers and report resignation reasons. - Perform analysis of HR data and reports and develop recommendations and improvement plans.

- Job Details:- Supervise subordinate staff; set work priorities; create work schedules; provide training; conduct performance evaluations; reward and/or discipline employees; - Match attendance processing with payroll. - Resolve employee disciplinary matters and grievances; remain current, and serve as a resource for advising staff on laws, regulations, policies and procedures for human resources/labour relations functions. - Ensure employee evaluations are conducted in an efficient, fair, and timely manner; ensure employee merit increases are correctly processed. - Responsible for conducting the medical and social insurance for the employee. - Review and update HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules. - Prepare and take approval for Salary Structure and Issuance of Offer letter of the selected candidates. - Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued. - Revise the Coordination of the recruitment process, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, and administering pre-employment tests as required. - Prepare correspondence, forms and reports, arrange meetings, compose regular correspondence, process confidential reports and documents, file electronic and hard copy, track deadlines, and take down minutes as needed. - Prepare source documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits; - Administer new hire orientation programs. - Handle issues and inquires in unavailability of HR Manager. - Provide assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job board or website, review applications and maintain a spreadsheet on tracking an applicant; - Prepare final reports and office and project organization charts for CEO. - Prepare final settlement for resigned employees. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Job Details:- Creating detailed Database for all employees. - Conduct initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal. - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. - Conduct new employee orientations. - Know how to register new comers to the finger print machine. - Conduct exit interviews and prepares leavers’ analysis report on a quarterly basis. - Maintaining all employees’ data and files and comply with documents needed as set by labor law. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Creating inside list organization of work and list of sanctions. - Execute time and attendance processing and sending it to all departments. - Match attendance processing with payroll. - Creating company structure. - Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. - Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports. - Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits. - Process accurate and timely monthly reporting when necessary. - Prepare final report to be discussed with CEO and CFO. - Talk with employees to help them understand their paycheck and any changes that may occur. - Manage the overall banking relationship as related to payroll and the coordination to introduce new personal benefits to employees (credit card, open accounts, etc.) - Preparing monthly plan with all departments’ managers. - Dealing with difficult staffing duties, including under staffing, refereeing disputes, transferring, terminating employees, and administrating disciplinary procedures. - Directing all activities required to develop, deliver and support training. - Assessment reports for both of (trainees, training providers) and the monthly training reports. - Manage annual performance appraisal and salaries increase. - Manage performance appraisal of new workers that determined the situations of them and the total increase in their salaries after working 3 months.
