• Job Details:Preparing the budget based on sales forecast plan Preparing purchase plan Purchasing items according to specified quality standards Follow up on warehouse stocks and actual selling to develop a realistic purchasing plan Searching for suppliers and making annual supply contracts Work on ERP SYSTEM (Creating suppliers, coding items, supply orders, invoices and Payment to suppliers) connecting with quality management, warehouses, production, marketing and sales Ensure targets are achieved by monthly KPI’s report Handling and evaluating supplier complaints
