F-up the insurance recommendations & f-up with each department to adhere to these requirements. • Carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with the company policy. • Process Insurance requests for new policies of all lines of insurance with Risk carriers & insurance advisor and arrange for delivery of appropriate certificate to requestor in a timely manner. • Responsible for marine insurance (issuance, reviewing, delivering on time & claims) in accordance with purchasing department annual budget. • Forecast & issue the department annual budget & make sure that our purchases never exceed budget. • Manage insurance data for reports. & Keep detailed records of each policy. • Ensure the insurer’s payments & cheques issuance on time.
