• Job Details:Working for AT&T CoI receive inbound calls from American customers inquiring about their bills if it became high or there’s something they need to be explained for them, I also support technical department I’m working in Concentrix for AT&T company ISM account, so I support everything in the customer service as cell phones, home phones, internet and TVs. So I have to handle everything related to the bills and technical concern, if they want to add lines or upgrade their cell phones, or adding internet service or have issues need to be solved in the internet, also if they want to upgrade the speed beside all of this I’m also sales representative as I offer them if they want to add lines on their cell phone or adding or upgrading the internet service, try to sell lines as much as I can to achieve my targetmpany in concentrix.

• Job Details:I used to receive calls from customers, listen to the complains regarding their technical concerns and handling them, trying to solve problems whether by sending a technician for them or it’s already solved from the system and do my best to be solved, and I did not end the call unless the customer was satisfied.
