• Job Details:- Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices. - Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly. - Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. - Coordinating with Auditors for carrying out Audit. - Book general ledger (GL) entries and prepare the financial accruals and prepaid expenses in addition to cost centers allocation and recurring entries in order to assure accurate CC allocation and reports. - Fill the data in intercompany mismatch report- balance sheet/ profit and loss on BPC statements. - Monthly Bank accounts reconciliation - Fill the data on BPC statements (integrated reporting system) with checking the web monitors. (Assets, liabilities, equity statement, provisions, non-current operating income, customers Aging, etc.) - Responsible for trial balance analysis ( balance sheet/profit and loss) - Payable Aging analysis. - Vendors Down payments analysis - Employees Travel Advances and Settlements analysis - Assist in month end closing - Organize, control and participate in the physical count of inventories or assets under the supervision of the financial controller
