Project Manager (RAN, ROLL OUT and SHEQ)Full Time

• Job Details:• Manage 4 teams (4 people) and subcontractors and service providers; • Plan and financially monitor work progress and manage operational issues encountered; • Manage programs and customer interface; • Manage radio planning and optimization, drive test voice and data 2G/3G/4G (from cluster definition, field data collection to post-processing). • Plan, size and monitor the acquisition of new radio planning and drive test tools according to the needs of the customer. Define, with project teams, objectives and deadlines for deliverables (applications, modules, specific developments, etc.). • Draw up project plans/ project sheets; • Select and allocate resources according to the project's technical constraints. • Manage and measure progress (creation of dashboards, choice of indicators, etc.), • Plan steering committees, etc.) and manage KPIs for the RAN network, requirements and competition; • Monitor and analyze quality indicators and handle alerts; • Diagnose worst cells on a daily basis and propose an improvement action plan. • Optimize 2G/3G/4G clusters (KPI, drive test, traces). • Guarantee full customer satisfaction in terms of the quality and timeliness of the services delivered by the team; • Acceptance of work and removal of reservations; • Managing in site, training and habilitation, SHEQ meetings and all emergency and rescue plan; • Drafting of SHEQ guidelines and procedures; • Organize in case of work accidents/incidents a full investigation of the event, prepare flash reports, finalized to the identification of corrective measure to avoid reoccurrence; • Definition of procedures (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) according to the different standards to be followed to guarantee optimal quality (zero defects) by associating indicators and control processes;
