Sr. Console Operator DCS

• Job Details:Operated DCS (ABB 800XA) in a control room environment, adhering strictly to established procedures and parameters. Facilitated smooth DCS operations while reviewing laboratory results of all samples via LIMS. Coordinated with the maintenance department to schedule plant shutdowns efficiently, minimizing operational disruptions. Smooth operation of DCS in control room as per procedure and parameters of Dow for all chemical reactions followed by Dow safety culture. Followed up all norms of Dow as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) which validated by Dow and Sadara. Followed up all norms of OSHA and maintain safety compliance with established policies and procedures as per Dow. During project activity of startup, done pre-commissioning and commissioning activity, include to use P&ID, prepare procedure and written, validate documents of commissioning and start up and entered all data using SAP, including ODMS (Operation Discipline and Management System) and OPWP (Operator Work Process). Operate and supply HP steam, LP steam, fresh O2, caustic, HCl, nitrogen, utility water, cooling water to the other facility through battery limit by maintaining required pressure temperature and other parameters. Issued cold work permits as per specifications for safe and also hot, low, and high energy jobs, LEO (Line & Equipment Opening), confined space entry permit, LOTO -RTMS (Red Tag Master Sheet). Completed specialized training for 9 months in Germany at Dow Chemical – Stade and Schkopau for console operator.

• Job Details:Controlled safe startup, normal operations, and shutdown procedures in compliance with established protocols. Senior Process Technician

• Job Details:Collaborated with team members to uphold rigorous safety policies and quality systems. Executed production processes in accordance with CGMP, HACCP discipline records, monitor and maintain high standards including charging operations in reactors and glass reactors. Managed comprehensive documentation and labeling while performing operations such as blending, vacuum distillation, atmospheric distillation, and cut operation (separation), filtration utilizing ANFD, AF-36, and AF-48 drying. Package chemicals in pails, 200 liter drums, and 1000 kg totes. Need to respond with waste chemicals on a daily basis and to transfer required chemical material in the warehouse. Ensure smooth operation of filling, labeling, and packaging processes of the final product before hand over to the warehouse for dispatch. Lead, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring compliance with CGMP and standard procedure. Oversaw pilot plant (kilo lab) operations, effectively handling 20-liter and 60-liter reactors and oven drying. Directed shift employees while leading production meetings to ensure alignment and efficiency.
