• Job Details:• Conducted troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance activities to ensure peak efficiency of mechanical equipment on a daily basis in the oil and gas industry • Monitored and collected equipment operating parameters to ensure effective operation • Participated in Siemens Gas Turbine (SGT-400) and compressor major overhaul and installation activities • Fabricated and modified mechanical assemblies according to offshore standard practices and schematic drawings • Assisted in diagnosing mechanical failures and suggesting remedial actions to prevent repetitive equipment failures • Conducted shop maintenance, repairs, maintenance, and calibration of assigned mechanical equipment • Assisted in overhaul, alignment, fitment, and assembly of component parts as per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications • Performed rigging activities and prepared lifting plans for mechanical activities to ensure safe execution • Participated in Toolbox talk/job Safety/Hazard Analysis and documented safety observations for work permits to maintain a safe working environment
