• Job Details:Controlling the Financial & Accounting affairs of the company in accordance with applicable IFRS, handling the Auditors and all statutory compliances. Setting of Annual Budget (both OPEX and CAPEX), monthly review and variance controls. Designing MIS Platform, Statutory/IFRS reporting and note disclosure. Gap analysis reports. Sensitivity Analysis of new projects. Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management, Overseas remittances, Bank reconciliation and handling LCs. Raising of Funds, liaisoning with the Consortium Bankers, arranging Working Capital loan, Term Loans and NFB limits (non fund based). Expertise in preparation of CMA data as required by banks. Formulating Policies for the Finance and Accounting procedures and ensuring compliance to mitigate risk and reduce cost. Contact Management with vendors and related parties and evaluation of Terms and Conditions. Drafting of FRD for new ERP package implementation and expertise in formulation of requisite Chart of Accounts in line with the company operation. Implementation of VAT requirement in the ERP system and working on VAT readiness.
