• Job Details:-Monitor on regular basis the errors in the freight error log, and communicate to Affiliate Fleet Managers the required data to resolve the errors. -Review all the error corrections performed by the Process Analysis Team, verify its impact on freight calculation, and make freight adjustments, as required for both delivery modules (TD and SD), in supplement to the error correction effect. -Maintain all the freight rates master data on SAP, in alignment with Fleet teams. -Maintain the SAP network data of trip distances to ensure accurate payments per km driven, and efficient Logistics Planning. -Perform freight adjustments (e.g. hauler refunds, toll fees). -Generate accruals for all the freight purchase orders created during the month end process. -Payment tracking review on quarterly basis the handling of the freight payment process of haulers to insure accuracy. -Coordinate with Affiliate Fleet team to handle and resolve hauler payment queries. -Communicate to the affiliate fleet team the unclaimed / pending purchase orders of pick-up customers for necessary action. -Support Fleet Manager with analysis to monitor hauler performance and costs against contractual agreements, and fleet budgets.

• Job Details:-Ensuring errors are fully investigated and factual evidence produced working within a controlled environment with adherence to procedures. -Correct errors relating to delivery and ensure end to end accurate execution of reversal in accordance with other functions of the OTC. -Investigation of errors, preparation of evidence, to perform corrections in SAP in accordance with approved requests received from logistics / business lines, and adhering to company’s procedures and controls. -Ensuring correction of all errors is appropriately recorded and, reviewed. -To extract root causes from error corrections and feedback via team leads into the business, identifying trends and solutions for continuous improvement.

• Job Details:-Handling all fuels wholesale, Industrial/commercial, retail dealers and retail end-consumer complaints related to ExxonMobil Fuels products, service stations, and/ functions. -Monitor and investigate delivery exception cases and conduct weekly/monthly reporting to management. -Report site product outages, monitor closely and investigate the root-causes. -Track and investigate truck safety violations in alignment with the company safety procedures and guidelines. -Track product-quality-related complaints and investigate with supply.
