• Job Details:Currently Working on 4 projects with a total of +438 Million L.E. Palm Hills New Cairo - Palm Valley Compound - Palm Valley Mall - Creek Hotel I set 3 Baselines and developed 3 Revises, 1 EOT and 1 PA Claim. Daily Tasks: ▪ Prepare Baselines and Revises as well for tenders and current projects. ▪ Set work programs, target milestones and monitor critical activities for each phase based on the shutdown plan. ▪ Monitor day to day work progresses and prepare the daily report by giving reasons for the daily situations and the weekly report also. ▪ Report to the Managers about the current work progress and make a comparison between the plan and actual progress and study the impact of alternative approaches to work. ▪ Prepare all work orders needed including the manpower, steps for the work order and scheduling the task by using SAP PRIMAVERA P6 software. ▪ Prepare Claims if needed and monitor the delays, also making delay analysis.

Site & Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Description: ▪ Supervising on Constructing 8 villas 3 floors each & 2 residential buildings 5 floors each. Responsibilities: 1- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. 2- Prepare the Invoices and Liaising with Suppliers about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials 3- acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; 4- setting out, leveling and surveying the site; 5- checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations; 6- ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; 7- day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors; 8- planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines; 9- overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site; preparing reports as required; 10- resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Technical Office & Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:During the Completed Military Service period . ▪ Worked as a site engineer on tunnels and concrete constructions and finishes. ▪ Worked as Technical office engineer on planning, leading and directing the project. ▪ Managing the site work progress and reporting to the leaders.
