• Job Details:ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES  Manages the day-to-day operations of projects by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.  Contributes to the preparation of the project management budget to ensure alignment with the approved set budget.  Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures  Work with other project team to implement and ensure that the project deliverables are completed within the allocated budget and schedule. Communicate the project documents with other project team, client and higher management. Enforce effective change control system. Prepare, review and manage change orders and claims.. Manage and control the procurement documents and subcontractor performance. Assist the project manager to project change requests and claims.  Prepare the supporting documents and the technical proposal of major change orders and claims (Cost & Time Impact).  Analyze, evaluate and implement the different technical alternative to minimize the construction time.  Liaise with other project team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals and deliverables.  Coordinate the communication between client, local authorities, consultants, and contractors to handover the project first phase.  Participate in the weekly progress meetings with the client and monthly meeting with the higher management and follow up required actions.  Participate in the risk management meeting and follow up risk assessment, risk triggers and risk response.  Ensure the quality of work at the site, inspection procedures and site testing procedures and records.  Ensure that the safety measurements at the site comply with the minimum safety requirements of the project.  Manage all documents, procedures, inspection, manuals required by the project handover.  Prepare close out report for the project handing over.

• Job Details:AL-SUBAEI PROJECT –PROJECT MANAGER - (11 MONTHS) Al-Subaei luxury housing compound: Total Value of Project: SR 120 Million (1st Phase – SR 120 Million) - Lot area 41,500 m2 –Footprint area 13,572 m2 - 12 villas – Mosque – Guest House – Service Building – Recreation Area & Health Club - site development & landscaping – Location: Riyadh-KSA. Client: Aldoliaa Investment Co. AIC Contractor: ADEX Manage all day to day activities. Work with other project team to implement and ensure that the project deliverables are in comply with the project documents and client requirements.  Act as the interface between client, contractor & project team.  Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework,  Review and approve construction time schedule and monitor the progress accordingly to highlight and report any type of delay.  Manage all client requirements, changes and instructions.  Daily supervision & reporting of construction work activities carried out by the contractor.  Ensures the construction project complies with construction codes and legal or regulatory requirements and enforces good construction standards and quality control.  Managing a project construction site in accordance with the design drawings & project documents.  Ensure delivery of the project within contract specifications, budget and time frame.  Issuing all project reports and other required documents such as progress, QA/QC, financial control, material quantity take-offs and payment certificates, hand over and other site operations.  Coordinate with the contractor to proactively avoid any problems and manage the problems which have occurred.  Review all claims and disputes raised by the contractor, asses, and report to the client with the impact to the project.  Chair the progress meetings with the client and Contractor.  Manage all submittal review by the contractor.  Ensure the quality of work at the site, inspection procedures and site testing procedures and records.  Ensure that the safety measurements at the site comply with the minimum safety requirements of the project.  Manage all documents, procedures, inspection, manuals required by the project handover.  Prepare close out report after handing over the project.

• Job Details:MARAFIQ PROJECT – DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER - (3 YEARS) MARAFIQ housing project: Total Value of Project: SR 370 Millions - Lot area 340,000 m2 –Footprint area 130,000 m2 - 250 villas – Mosque 450 Prayers + site development & Infrastructure – Location: Jubail-KSA. Client: Power & Utility Company for Jubail & Yanbu (MARAFIQ) PMC: SOFCON Manage all day to day activities. Work with other project team to implement and ensure that the project deliverables are completed within the allocated budget and schedule. Communicate the project documents with other project team, client and higher management. Enforce effective change control system. Prepare, review and manage change orders and claims. Perform cost analysis, cost forecast, and estimate to complete ETC. Manage and control the procurement documents and subcontractor performance.
