• Job Details:• Drafts credit write-ups in standard format. Prepares summary of facts concerning credit worthiness for new, renewal, and extensions of credit based on loan officer input and analysis of financial data. • Create and generate reports using SQL report builder to analyze the overall financial condition of the loan portfolio. This assists to identify any changes in the portfolio’s condition. • Conducts periodic reviews of credit files and document files to ensure maintenance of required documentation relative to the bank’s established standards & annual internal/external audits of the loan portfolio and loans pledged as collateral to the Federal Home Loan Bank. • Orders appropriate documentation based on approved Credit Arrangement Sheet and prepares documentation request for submission to Loan Processing. • Assists other loan officers with financial analysis questions. • Serves as a backs-up to loan administration with all facets of the loan documentation process. • Maintains profitability updates; prepares correspondence and handles various projects assigned by manager or senior loan officers.
