• Job Details:Design, design management, appointment of consultants, feasibility studies, conceptual design, detail design development, financial modeling, tendering and awarding of contracts, established the project budget, budget control of the projects, projects’ profit and loss, establishment of standard for building operation (e.g.: maintenance of equipment/system, facilities management, etc.), liaison with internal or clients’ department and authorities’ requirement, financial analysis for the proposed design and system, engineering consultancy, bidding for projects, business development, marketing, project management, construction management, contract management, EHS management, project quality plan management, quality assurance management (e.g. ConQuas), quality control management, land acquisition, supporting Investment and Marketing department, energy efficiency optimization for new projects/existing building (Green Mark/ LEED), leading a team of project members, manage and resolve project / land legal and project taxation issue, procurement strategy, asset enhancement to bring better value and working space / area, risk and change management, value engineering, presentation to clients/ owners/ superiors, obtaining authorities’ permit for occupancy, pre-opening and official opening, etc.
