• Job Details: Support EBS12 implementation as a single instance for 17 entities; Implementing Consultants – IBM  Ensure adherence to Host to Host Processes is implemented with Standard Chartered and Eco Bank  Support Implementation of Oracle Hyperion Financial management reporting pack (MAPA) to cater for financial reporting across 18 Reporting entities in Africa.  Provide technology support for a shared services center located in Nairobi and India, outsourced to Infosys BPO, through a technology partner IBM.  Trial Balance Analysis (Debtors, CWIP, Creditors, Booking Forex entries and Expenses analysis)  Fixed Assets management  Identify and coordinate audit process with the finance team  Ensure adherence to the financial policies, procedures and practices  Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Airtel money Reconciliation and treasury reporting to management.  Preparing, update and monitor Daily Cash Reports, cash forecasts and Bank balances confirmation.  Fund Management and Tie Up to ensure zero default on statutory payments/financial obligations  Cash flow analysis and management on statutory payments/financial obligations
