• Job Details: Providing input and oversight to approval processes regarding the legal/ contractual elements of an opportunity or bid, including documentation of review and approval processes.  Contractual correspondence.  Prepare Claims due to variance Events such as (Disruptions, suspension of Works, Delay Payments, encounter physical conditions).  Adhering to contractual obligations, issuing notifications regarding Variations to Contract scope, obtaining Site Instructions for Variations to Contract scope, raising Change Orders based on resources utilized or extrapolation/interpolation from available unit rates.  Supporting and ensuring invoicing is carried out as per the BOQ & Prices/ Project milestones / Progress measurement systems.

Quantity Surveyor Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Project : Power Plant 1500 MW Simple & Combined Cycle Contractor : Orascom Construction. Project’s cost : 778 + 286 Million United Dollars. Duration : 8 Months for Simple "1000 MW" "Fast Track Project" and 30 Months For Combined "500 MW". Location : Assiut-Egypt. Contract : Fixed Price "Lump sum". RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monthly preparation of Client invoices according to the progress. • Monthly preparation of Subcontractors invoices according to the progress. • Quantity Surveying. • Verifying measurements and quantities taken on site • Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client. • Retain and Study contractual documents (contract agreements, letter of intent, notice to proceed and variation orders). • Following and monitoring of site progress.

• Job Details:Project : Rehabilitation & Adaptation Project Algiers Refinery, Algeria Owner : Sonatrach. Main Contractor : Technip. Subcontractor : Orascom Construction Industries Algeria. Project’s cost : 170 Million United Dollars. Duration : 21 Months. Location : Algeria. Contract : Re-measurement RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monthly preparation of Client invoices according to the progress. • Monthly preparation of Subcontractors invoices according to the progress. • Quantity Surveying. • Verifying measurements and quantities taken on site. • Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client. • Retain and Study contractual documents (contract agreements, letter of intent, notice to proceed and variation orders). • Following and monitoring of site progress. • Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports. • Documentation of site progress
