• Job Details:-Providing on-time problem resolution through providing first level of resolution in troubleshooting network, Voice, and software issues. - Perform on-site and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions. - create and disable the users credentials on the ticketing system and Voice platforms. - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to statewide systems and VoIP platforms : (VICI, Five9, Go auto dial ) and voice apps (zoiper , Eyebeam). - Document internal procedures and follow the new and pending tickets via (Fresh Service, Comodo). - Help end user in advanced inquires regarding Microsoft office 365. - Install, test, configure, and Deploy new workstations and software, via Microsoft system center 2012 SCCM 2012 R2 and monitor Kaspersky Antivirus updates and configuration on the client. -Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance. -Provide individual training and support on request. - Responsible for dealing with different providers and to report and follow up with them through ticketing system or e-mail to prove effectiveness. - Coordinating between System Admin Team, VoIP Team, Network and Security Team and Developers Team. - Support and provide technical help to four operational sites (2 sites in Egypt, 1 site in USA and 1 site in Philippines) “Remotely“.
