• Job Details:• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. •Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances. •Control the recording of invoicing and reporting of receivables in order to ensure the company’s financial position is protected and cash flows secured. •Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchange. •Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations. •Analyzing financial reports and summarizing financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements. •Review financial reports to identify and explain variances. •Preparing Vendors Payments and monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. •Follow-up with customers for the collections to ensure that all payments are received within due date. •Follow-up on Online Banking Statement and Comparing Them to Actual Credits •Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes. •Assist with tax audits and tax returns. •Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
