• Job Details:I worked in Alex Bank in operations , there i dealt with refused checks , & Data entry of installments & checks using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis . I also worked with the customer service department and learnt about the bank products , like loans and the types of accounts , how to fill the documentation and as well as sitting beside the customer service representative & monitoring daily transactions with clients.
