• Job Details:Job Responsibilities: Lead design project from concept to completion/ Construction Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth with CEO & head Team Implement business strategies, plans and procedures with CEO Working and coordination with (Marketing, Sales, Finance and Sanel group) Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/Workers Submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance Participate in expansion activities Manage relationships with vendor Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” Set costs and project fees according to budget Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Produce “sample” and “mood boards” Supervise work progress and ensure high quality Work closely with constructors Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

• Job Details:Job Responsibilities: Understands and determine the clientʼs goals and requirements of the project Producing creative concepts for projects Developing Project Design Packages, reports and Presentations Developing Conceptual Design into Consistent and coordinated Design Package Provide design direction and ensure aligment with project brief regulation Adhere to building codes Coordinating with other departments (Structure, electrical ,mechanical, ….) to meet design intent and quality Define, Identify and Specify Building material and façade systems .
