• Job Details:Watson Developer, Liberty Project IBM is implementing new Cognitive Analytical Fraud detection solution that is able to detect Fraud insurance claims for Liberty Group. Responsibility was to: • Design, implement and test our custom Liberty annotators to export required fields. • Set up of Cognitive analytics environment from setting up the collection to exporting the results. Key Achievements: • Design of annotators that extracts various required data from the client documents. • Testing of implemented annotators and using the results to enhance the accuracy of existing annotators. • Creating the required dictionaries and rules required in the development of the annotators, keeping in mind the generic and flexibility required when designing.

• Job Details:Etisalat’s Customer Relationship Management project aims at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of its Marketing, Call Center and Order Management operations. The Middleware solution, facilitating the integration between Siebel and various Etisalat Services both External Channels and Back-end Services based on TIBCO different components. Responsibility was to: • Design and Develop mediator services and process components that mediates the communications between services consumers and services providers • Supporting the testing team by following up on the status of the order and tracing the source of error • Configuring the Development and PreProd environments • Documenting Current solution deployed by IBM for the Client side • Troubleshooting and bug fixing process components when required Key Achievements: • Design of Process Components using TIBCO Designer that fulfil the implementation of the CRM system for order fulfilment. • Design of Products in TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management that realize the commercial product into an implementable plan and orchestrates its fulfilment to the corresponding process components • Preparing and configuring the Development/Testing/PreProd environment through TIBCO administration and installation that to be used for UET and unit testing • Adaptive maintenance to current deployed solution to enhance capabilities of the system i.e.: Error handling enhancement. • Documenting Current solution deployed by IBM for the Client side • Review of new deployments from the Client side and provide Advice and assistance as required in terms of its impact on the current system and on the present business scenarios.
