- Job Details:** Technical : 1- Define, detail, and scope the technical requirements into solutions. 2- Possess a strong operational knowledge of applicable operating systems, application programs, system diagnostics and remote support structure. 3- Following a standard workflow and incident handing processes, receive and record incident related information using a variety of tools and process, selects appropriate actions to resolve issues and communicates the solution or action plan to the Client. 4- Ensure prompt service response through the monitoring and management of the intake of all incidents and support requests through all accepted channels including - but not limited to- ( phone, email , ticket system / web portal ) . 5- Record all outages within the ticketing system and send communications as appropriate. 6- Determine impact and urgency of an incident and support request in order to determine priority. 7- Managing complex business applications relating to customer Success in a high availability environment. ** 3rd Parties ( Banks & Financial Institutions ) 1-Review, investigate, and resolve chargeback disputes accurately and in a timely manner while strictly adhering to various payment system requirements as well as domestic and international chargeback rules and regulations. 2-Analyze chargeback issues and reports for SAHL and its clients. 3-Maintain strong professional knowledge on all internal and network processing system and provide a high standard for chargeback productivity and quality. 4-Provide support to system functionality, chargeback process and dispute lifecycle. 5--Work collaboratively with other teams, Merchant Risk and Fraud, communicate chargeback irregularities and fraud trends, and share ideas on solutions to minimize fraud and chargeback cases.
