In 2019, I was employed as a Pharmacist El-Orman pharmacy in Dokki. In less than 6 months I managed to triple the daily profit of the pharmacy. In 2021, I used to work in a pharmacy in Faisal as a Shift Manager. Though my job title was not a branch manager, but the actual manager was basically tasking me all his duties. I turned these duties into plans and daily tasks that I work on with my coworkers. I was also the one handling customers issues, training my coworkers, setting their schedule and ordering medications and cosmetics. In less than a year, I managed to enhance the reputation of the branch, establish a good customer base and almost double the overall sales. In mid 2022, I was assigned to manage a family owned pharmacy, doing every task required to get the place to its fullest potential. I managed to reduce loss due to expired products, increase customers satisfaction and ensure medication availability. That resulted in more than double the profit in less than 4 months.
