• Job Details:- Design and develop mechanical systems. - Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements. - Perform project analysis as Engineering scope, Modelling & Simulation scope, procurement Scope, and construction scope. - Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications. - Perform design and production trials. - Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes. - Follow up and review the shop drawings throughout the whole project. - Follow up and review the as-built drawings before project closure. - Follow up with the subcontractor on all issues related to engineering. - Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members. - Review and approve documentation for quality and safety procedures. - Prepare the general procurement plan to communicate with other departments. - Prepare quantity survey process to prepare RFQ (Request for Quantity) and required invoices. - Perform the purchase order and contracting request and follow up on their implementation. - Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs. - Issue the budget variation request to obtain approval. - Prepare periodic reports such as quantities executed and send them to another department.
