Job Title: Mechanical Studies, Solutions & Sales Engineer Job Description:  Finding engineering solutions for plants whether by Delivery & installation of new convenient units or by maintenance of the old ones including providing after sales spare parts for industrial applications in the different plants by technical previews and site visits. • Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers • Managing and interpreting customer requirements • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs • Calculating client quotations • Negotiating tender and contract terms • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions • Offering after-sales support services • Administering client accounts • Analyzing costs and sales • Preparing reports for the top management • Meeting regular sales targets • Recording and maintaining client contact data • Ensuring cross selling availability with our product profile • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and submittals • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical support engineers • Solving client technical problems • Providing training and producing support material for the new sales team Job Achievements:  Getting an agency deal between Donaldson Filtration Solutions company and Brilliant Engineering on (June 2015) on Donaldson’s 100th anniversary by signing an agreement between the two parties in order to get more power for the Brilliant Engineering in the Egyptian market in the field of industrial air filtration.  Preparing close business partnership between Brilliant Engineering and HW ventilation (Italy) by importing axial fan impellers to the Egyptian market to enhance ventilation quality and to reach company stock sufficiency Additional Tasks:  Dealing with all other international deals for the company  Providing IT services such as preparing the company website  Providing Projects and Maintenance help if needed  Purchasing specific items for projects and maintenance issues  Technical support in ventilation, dust collectors and A/C projects and mechanical design help if needed  Supporting projects by visual welding inspection for pipelines and ducts... etc.
