• Job Details:My main responsibilities are: o Review withholding tax & VAT for all bills and invoices. o Prepare and submit value added tax (VAT) returns (Form 10). o Issue the order to write cheques and transfer funds to the vendor account. o Record all Vendors transactions whether they are cheques or payments and make the step of collection if the cheque is collected on Odoo ERP System. o Record all Customers transactions whether they are cheques or payments and make the step of collection if the cheque is collected on Odoo ERP System. o Audit vendors bills and customers invoices, confirm and reconcile them with cheques and transferred funds on Odoo ERP System. o Record the treasury bills and analyze each expense whether they are (Operating, Non-Operating, Fixed or Variable). o Journalize all Banks Reconciliation on Odoo ERP System. o Audit bank statement sheets to find any surpluses or deficits compared to our bank account in the General Ledger on Odoo ERP System. o Prepare audit reports from General Ledger, Trial Balance, Journal Report and Partner Ledger. o Enrolled in Fixed Assets, Warehouses inventory, Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Packing Materials, Treasury and Branches Accounting Committee. o Archive all documents every month.

• Job Details:(AP, E-Invoice, Tax and Treasury Departments) My main responsibilities are: o The creation of Freight custody on Excel, Settlement; make it balance, calculate it to make cheques in Dollars and EGP and finally record the journalizing of the custody on QuickBooks. o Journalizing the Transportation custody on QB. o Executing the billing procedures & processes by Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices. o Converting the estimates billing into the final on QB. o Assisting with tax audits and tax returns. o Facilitating & assisting in resolving requests presented from the front office colleagues in a timely manner. o Checking inventory Egyptian - Dollar and replenishing of the custody.

Internal ControllerFull Time

• Job Details:My main responsibilities are: o Review National ID, contracts, utility receipts and each paper in the document. o Print I-Score after coding the client from IT Department and read it to find out his evaluation, current loans and the days of delay in the other loans. o Audit Sales, IT and Treasury Departments. o IT Audit on LTS for financing SMEs and CF for consumer loan. o Interview with the client to decide giving him the loan or not according to the policies of Tasaheel, his business and the period he has worked in his business. o Take the client's fingerprint and signature. o Tracing the payment method of the client to find out any manipulation or delay. o Follow up with the client and call him to compare the information he said with that on the system. o Archive the documents at the end of every quarter.
