• Job Details:- Set QA process for SDLC and each stage & SWQ standard. - Choose a development management tool and manage its configurations. - Build a documentation system for teams as a reference. - Design the STLC with their activities, prerequisites, and deliverables criteria. - Knowledge transfer sessions and learning path for the quality teams especially in ML. - KPIs criteria to measure the team performance. - Measure the software activities for managerial enhancement decisions of the SDLC. - Reviewing the team member's work products and directing them for the best.
