• Job Details:-Review and study bids documents to verify availability of sufficient information . -Prepare cost breakdowns for BOQ items regarding direct and indirect costs . -Preparation of bids for new projects including technical and finanicial submitals. -Preparation of Variations during different project phases. -Preparation of cost control sheets according to cash in/out for each item in the project &Preparation of reports to review project’s cost status . -Calculation of CPI and ensure that there is no cost overrun. -Ensure all project data is correctly established with company’s standards and projects requirements . -Review clients and subcontractors invoices. -Review and revise subcontractors contracts. -Follow up with procurement department during negotiations and offer awards or contractor terms ,performance & payments for subcontractors -Site supervision to ensure the progress is as planned
