• Job Details:Projects: a) DU IBS Site Sharing, b) Huawei MOD SACON • Development of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Use appropriate tools& techniques (monthly financial forecasts, monthly status reports,..etc.) to control changes in project scope, schedule and costs. • Manage, track milestones and provide performance status by updating tools and resources using Microsoft applications to all fields on every ordered service to meet commitment dates and milestones. • Periodic meetings with customer to discuss teams’ problems & to ensure support & availability from company to client. • Oversee the ordering, PO approval process and installation of the network equipment supporting both IT and Telecom. • Recruitment and training of the project team. • Periodic Site visits to ensure work is done smoothly and as per the standards required by the client. • Disciplined in a Remote/Tele-worker environment while utilizing project management skills using the PMI PMBOK Methodology.

• Job Details:Leading a Team of highly Qualified Technicians responsible for the network infrastructure for the Mohammed bin Rashid University project. • Starting from creating project plan, schedule and estimating resources till final delivery and final acceptance of project requirements. • Provides OSP engineering and technical expertise on structured cabling and infrastructure pathway installation projects (DU Project). (SDH, OSP, Fiber Optics, ICT, OTDR, Security & Surveillance systems)
