• Job Details:project : PYRAMIDS MALL OWNER : Pyramids Developments Consultant : Mohamed Talat Construction of mega mall with total built up area of 45,000 m2 that contain different system (RAFT - caps - flat slab with drops - post tension - transfer slab - steels frames - composite sections ) Responsibility : Study Architecture and structure and MEP drawings to find clashes and make concrete dimensions drawing and RFT drawing Using different tools (ASD -AutoRebar - Arma CAD ) make QS for different structure and Architecture elements and prepare client & subcontractor invoices.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Check approved shop drawings to identify the steps and materials needed for implementation in site. 2- Liaise with shop drawing engineer and factory to order new materials. 3- Monitor subcontractors’ completion percentage and quality of work to coordinate with quality control department. 4- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc...) 5- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant. 6- Coordinate with surveying engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required. 7- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures. 8- Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met. 9- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings. 10- Providing technical advice.
