• Job Details:Follow up with sales department for their inquiries or requests from A-Z Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations. Contact agents in worldwide and follow up with them to get best rates & ensure to deliver cargo on agreed time Dealing with shipping line to get quotations & tariff agreements to Reduce cost and increase profit Arranging Bookings with shipping lines for such a shipment. Arranging the stuffing dates with the clients. Preparing the final S/D & following up with shipping lines until get the draft. Coordination of the pickup and delivery of cargos. Follow up with tracker & trucking process. Reviewing all documents before sending to shippers (B/L drafts, COO, Clearance Certificates & and any additional documents). Proceeding in the original B/L issuance or Telex Release according to customer request. Finding solutions to all the problems that customers faced, including fines and delays, and working on creating alternative plans. Following up with the shippers directly and keep them updated with their shipments. Manage and follow the customs clearance process activities from A-Z and ensure the delivery of form 13 Follow up with accounting dep. to finalize all shipment costs (invoices, receipts & statements). Update the status of the shipment on the system and keep the client and sales department updated. Create ACID Number for (Back to back) via Nafeza Platform Follow up with agents to get quotation and handle DDP shipments Send daily and monthly operation report to the responsible Manager  Handling ISO Tanks & Flexi tank

• Job Details:Arrange booking with the shipping line for such a shipment Reviewing all documents before sending to shippers (Drafts, Original B/L, All clearance certificates &Documents and additional documents) Preparing the final S/D Proceeding in the original B/L issuance or telex release according to customer request. Coordination of the pickup and delivery of cargo. Follow up with tracker & trucking process. Following up with the shippers directly to keep them updated with their shipment. Arranging the stuffing dates with the shippers. Follow up with accounting department in shipping lines to get invoices.
