• Job Details:• Generate project progress charts for reports and dashboards using Excel. • Manage resource planning and leveling through logic simulation, while providing accurate work fronts needed. • Develop internal and external schedules utilizing Primavera P6. • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager and internal team. • Provide weekly and monthly presentations and reports to the client and consultant. • Analyze data to identify issues and offer suitable recommendations. • Monitor and track Engineering drawings and Procurement plans. • Evaluate current processes, analyze staff performance, and address any deficiencies. • Schedule and attend weekly meetings with the client. • Monitor project progress and compile corresponding reports. • Supervise the engineering sequence of activities for each project stage

ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:• Reviewing and analyzing P6/MS projects schedules and narrative reports for Data centers projects by Microsoft worldwide. • Work with the client and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS),CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS). • Establishing a strong relationship with the client and communicate with both technical and management-level personnel. Reviewing project plans, requirements, and specifications. • Updating, maintaining, and revising monthly and weekly schedules and reports. Coordinating and conducting reviews of consultants, contractors, and vendor schedules, to ensure plans are achievable and meet the client's standards and contract specifications. Reporting on comparisons of monthly schedule updates - including changes, delays, or accelerations. • Identifying program and project risks and providing recommendations to mitigate the impact of these risks. • Acting as the primary communication link between the company and clients regarding contracts and project progress and the ability to handle client demands. • Preparing PowerPoint decks and present to management on progress, findings, and recommendations.
