• Job Details:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.  Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.  Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.  Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.  Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.  Maintain project accounting records, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and project billing.  Monitor project costs, revenues, and expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.  Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.  Daily monitoring of project operations and resolving issues on a daily basis, working towards minimizing future problems through conducting a comprehensive analysis for each project separately.  Appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.  Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.  Follow up on Accounts receivable and payments.  Assist in preparing the taxation report and support the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.
