• Job Details:1. Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements. 2. Follow up dispatch dates with foreign suppliers and follow up collection process. 3. Ensure Full set of required documents have been correctly prepared by the suppliers and verify their completeness and communicate the Supplier in case any modifications are required. 4. Registration of imported products in the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture according to the certificate of analysis. 5. registering on Nafeza "Egyptian customs platform" and creating acid number. 6. Submit and follow up bank applications for Form4 “LC”. 7. Preparing the required papers for the import approval from ministry of agriculture and follow them up till received. 8. Manage and coordinate with the Clearance agent regularly to monitor the status of goods under clearance to schedule deliveries. 9. Coordinate the receipt of the goods with the Warehouse team to ensure smooth deliveries within required time. 1. Responsible for sales and marketing of the company 3 months period. 2. Organizing and recording in equestrian parties. 3. Create catalogue of all products in WhatsApp Business.
