• Job Details:I was communicating with vip users to Puch them to topup in app and be active more and more and join us in events and at the same time I was handling all users in app through our app chat boot (CRM) and reply to received mails After 4 months I've left sales team and joined host team handling bcm users requests and complaints and push them to go live and be active in app and was supporting them by make them on the top on trend tap in app and send notifications to app users to support them

• Job Details:i have worked there for 6 months only , and after leaving wasla i have worked in xceed outsource company for we account for almost 3 years as a technical support agent and In last year in we i joined Gaming Queue this queue handle Gamers customer if they have any ping or Any issues Related to Online Games
