• Job Details:• Coordinate and liaise with other Ministry of Interior’s departments and also with other Ministries to Cooperate and sharing information. • Setting & reviewing Security plans for President Residence, Itineraries of his movements as well as Presidents guests and VIPs. • Contributing in setting and reviewing Security plans for all terminals in Cairo airport. • In Charge of Risk Management and filling risk wallet, Crowd Control within different places • Monitor and Follow up Security Situation on 24/7 and analyze Information. • Monitor and coordinate the preparation and timely submission of Situation Reports. • Responsible for all Admin Affairs and Filling system of operations department and distributing duties and leaves for all police Officers. • Coordinate Rotation, Administration and operational activities of all special Troops Units. • Coordinate with Training department to set training framework, gap analysis on training needs, Oversee standard quarterly training and exercises, Develop and implement targeted training in accordance with gap analysis. • Organizing Awareness Meetings with all Forces to explain the Security situation. • Evaluate and Analyze Performance of the Troops Regularly to develop Training, Strategies and Security Plans. •Facilitate specialized training programmers for Special Operations police officers & Soldiers by coordinating with Training department. •Monitoring delivery of Mandated Training courses by conducting a daily follow up with training department regarding the implementation of the training work plan, receiving regular reports & Keep updated database on training implementation outcome. •Conduct whenever possible visits to units to monitor on place training implementation & assist in identifying training needs By developing training assessment as well as questionnaire and surveys for Mandated and in-service training.

Team leader in the Operation Center in United Nation MissionFull Time

• Job Details:• Monitor security situation continuously on 24/7 basis. • Attend weekly information coordination meetings. • Coordinate with the Military and other role players in the collection of information. • Receive and analyze Incident reports from sectors. • Organize periodic field visits to the sectors to check the performance of troops and the security situation there. • Ascertain information, events and occurrences within the localities, from the Police and the Military and from all other sources at location • Develop a three-shift working time for members posted in Operation center. • Coordinate the annual leave plans and training courses for members. • Ensure that all office equipment and facilities at police team are in place and in good order. • Maintain relevant records in soft and hard copies • Any other task assigned by Chief of operation center.
