• Job Details:• Managing all WHs operations, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance, Inbound & Outbound operations • Decreasing costs by minimizing the cost per package by 20% by eliminating the storage & sorting cost • Increasing the % of Same day & Next day deliveries (SDD & NDD) • Maintains receiving, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational policies to achieve the company’s goal. • Controls inventory levels by conducting a periodic physical count, reconciling with data storage system. • Following up on the layout effectiveness in term of safety & security for Personnel & stock • Providing a periodic assessments and coaching for the team for the sake of constant improvement
