• Job Details:I have extensive experience in developing advanced automation systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems, tailored for a variety of applications. Notable Projects: PPC Project – Leakage Detection System Designed, built, tested, and installed Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and network cabinets for a comprehensive leakage detection system along petroleum pipelines across Egypt. System software was developed using YOKOGAWA’s Stardom platform. GASCO Project – Gas Pipeline Monitoring Developed and deployed 110 RTUs, tested and installed in the field along gas pipelines throughout Egypt. The project included designing and implementing system software using YOKOGAWA’s Stardom platform. CORC TUKUMA Boilers Project – Boiler Control System Developed, tested, and implemented control software using YOKOGAWA’s Centum VP platform to manage and optimize the operations of two large TUKUMA boilers. This project involved designing and assembling large control cabinets equipped with CPUs, power supplies, and components for Digital Input (DI), Digital Output (DO), Analog Input (AI), and Analog Output (AO). Additionally, I collaborated with the team to develop the system's graphical interface, also utilizing Centum VP.
