QA & QC ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities - Product owner for web based requirements and test management -software. - Prepared and planned feature lists for web based testing tool. - Set testing plan and strategy for the software testing team on all company products and projects. - Participate in requirements management and project management meetings and plans to streamline development and testing process with the client. - Consistently maintained high quality over key governmental projects that were used on a national scale. Major Learnings I learned most of my team management skills here as well as a lot of my technical knowledge in QA / QC. Being the product owner for the in-house requirements & quality platform greatly deepened my knowledge and experience in issue traceability from requirement to issue and the possible use of BI and AI in predicting bugs based on requirements.
