• Job Details:- Preparing special reports, financial planning projects and projections requested by the top management. - Participating in the valuation of all company new projects, sources of finance. - Dealing with – arrangement and execution- all types of loans ( MTRL,MTRF, Syndication, Short term & MTL) & leasing. - Establishing cash management strategies. - Capital Restructuring & Financial Statement analysis. - Managing bank accounts & facilities. - Review all facilities contracts and negotiate the terms and conditions with banks. - Preparing treasury reports.
