• Job Details:I am a Civil Site Engineer at The First Group Company For Construction, Real Statement Development. The projects : 1- Kenz Compound 2- Kaya Plaza Mall 1_The project ( KENZ COMPOUND ) consists of 28 large buildings with basement , ground and five typical floors with 1000m2/floor,the project is located at Fayoum desert road-6 th of October City-Giza. 2-The project ( KAYA PLAZA MOLE) is a commercial and administrative mole consists of two basement, ground and three typical floors with 1200m2/floor, the project is located at Fayoum desert road-6 th of October City-Giza. The owner is First Group Company For Construction, Real Statement Development The Consultant is ATCO CONSULTS- Dr.Adel Al Attar and IEC International Engineering Consultantancy- Dr.Faysal abo El Azem. The responsibilities for 9 buildings at Kenz Compound and two Zones in Kaya plaza Mole are: -1- Day -to-day management of the site including supervising the labour, monitoring subcontractors,checking materials ,inspecting the work and overseeing quality control. -2-Monitorning progress of the project, overseeing the running operations of the site and make sure that it will meet the deadline. -3-Cheking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they followed correctly and reviewing shopdrawings.

• Job Details:I was a Civil Site Technical office Engineer. The project is Large Commercial and Industrial Mole consists of one basement, ground and two typical floors with 13000 m2/floor ,the project is located at El Shoutk City- Cairo. The owner was Egyptian Ministry of Housing and Development. The Consultant was " Talaat & Emam" For Engineering Consultant. The responsibilities was for the concrete, masnory and plastering works in addition to: -1-Making coordinating between shopdrawings and design drawings for both structural and architectural drawings. -2-Making BOQ( Bill Of Quantities) for concrete,masnory and plastering works.
