• Job Details:I am a Construction Manager at FIRST GROUP COMPANY,REAL STATMENT DEVELOPMENT from April,2021 Untill now and Senior Civil Site Engineer from October,2019 untill April ,2021 at the same company. The project is consists of Large Compound (KENZ COMPOUND) and Large Mole (KAYA PLAZA MOLE). The project( Kenz Compound )is consists of large 18 residential buildings with basement,ground and five typical floors with 800m2/floor, the project is located at Fayoum desert road-6 th of October City-Giza. The project (Kaya plaza Mole) is a commercial and administrative mole consists of two basement ,ground and three typical floors( post tension slabs) with 12000 m2/floor ,the project is located at Fayoum desert road-6 th of October City-Giza. The Owner is First Group Company For Construction, Real Statement Development. The Consultant is ATCO CONSULT -Dr. Adel El Attar and IEC ( International Engineering Consulting- Dr.Faysal Abo El Aazem). The responsibilities ( for 9 Large Residential buildings and Kaya plaza Mole ) are : 1-Monitoring progress of the project , oversee the running operations of the site and make sure that it will meet the deadline. 2- Checking technical designs and drawings yo ensure that they are followed correctly and reviewing shopdrawings. 3-Day - To - day mangement of the site including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting the work and overseeing quality control. 4- Planning and Coordinating site work with other disciplines.

• Job Details:The project Is Commercial and Industrial Mole called Mole 5 consists of basement, ground and three typical floors with 13000 m2/floor ,the project is located at Elshrouk City. The owner was Egyptian Ministry of Housing and Development. The Consultant was " Talaat & Emam " For Engineering Consultants. The responsibilities was for the concrete works,masnory and plastering works in addition to : 1- Making coordinating between shopdrawings and design drawings for both structural and architectural drawings. 2- Making BOQ ( Bill Of Quantities) for concrete, masnory and plastering works.
