• Job Details:• Design machine parts, tanks, platforms and other products using CAD tools according to clients’ requirements, and specifications following design standards. • Cooperate with engineering and manufacturing departments to ease the fabrication process. • Design and implement numerous engineering changes to increase trailer quality as well as efficiency using SolidWorks CAD software. • Record and evaluate test data as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards. • create new components/ assemblies and analyze existing designs to implement mechanical improvements while reducing costs. • Produce detailed manufacturing drawings and BOMs from specifications and parametric models using 3D CAD software. • Assist with R&D.
