  • Job Details:• Manage the day to day activities of the call center, 12 hours/day • Consolidating related Callback data from branches and from day/shift operator. • Make Sure that all received callbacks is delivered to its Callback Supervisors to maintain. • Follow up with Callback Supervisors regarding maintaining the callbacks. • Register maintained callbacks from Callback Supervisors in Callback Log Book. • Collect all Callback from Callback Supervisors on monthly basis. • Maintain Callback log sheet on monthly basis. • Responsible for time sheet registration to the system on monthly basis and according to agreed schedule with the HR Administration & Payroll Manager • Introduce 80% of time sheets into database. • Checks regularly the error list for Timesheets and Business objects • Solves obvious errors or easy to correct errors at timesheet error level without taking decision where possible. Admin Work: - • Welcoming visitors and direct them to the required person • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls • Admin work (Coping, faxing, emailing …. etc.) • Booking Air Tickets and hotels for the stuff
