• Job Details:• Plan, organize, direct, control project managers, commissioning and maintenance engineers and staff in the process of installation, programming, commissioning, execution, handover and maintenance of projects. • Reviews and monitors all tasks progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of product manufacturer’s, clients, site conditions and best-case practices. • Liaisons with different departments on various terms and conditions to ensure that projects are executed according to the correct client agreements. • Develop the most well trained, professional project management and execution force possible. • Constructively supervise handling all customer complaints related to the department and/or project execution. • Revise all sales orders before (technically and financially) to ensure that they have been designed to the required standards, and approve or disapprove them according to company. • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. • Reporting to general manager.

Electrical Section Head / Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Develop project implementation plan based on defined scope of work and resources plan. • Managing internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects to ensure resources availability and allocation. • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. • Monitors activities at construction sites to ensure construction progresses as scheduled and contract specifications are adhered to. • Aligning all technical design disciplines with the project. • Manage the relationships with the Client and all stakeholders. • Reporting to operations manager.

Proposal team leaderFull Time

• Job Details:o Assemble proposal team to support a bid for a project. o Clearly define the Scope of Work, milestones and project deliverables. o Create Technical Proposal preparation plan. o Build high level project time schedule, resources and procurement plan o Liaise with procurement dept. on the requests for subcontractors/vendor quotations. o Build project cost-sheet in accordance with relevant Stakeholders. o Represent project payments in Cash Flow Sheet and calculate corresponding financial costs. o Prepare commercial offers with sales and management.
